Return Policy

We  offer you the option to Return or Exchange items purchased on within 7 days of the receipt.  If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

All orders placed on are 100% insured in Transit.

How does this Return Policy Work ?

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to The IT Bazaar within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail,  Phone and via Form on website.  If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

 You may  return all the products that are dead on arrival or arrive in damaged or defective condition. Such items must be returned in the same good condition as you received them along with all the accessories. These items must also have the serial number and UPC intact.

We shall either get the defective product replaced from the respective service centre or send you  replacement.

 In case of returns of "dead on arrival" and damaged items, We reserve the right to test and inspect the product for customer misuse and issue a replacement after inspection. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, then we will issue a refund.

Who bears the Delivery Charges for Returning the Product ?

If you need to Return an Product due to our mistake / fault , then you can request us to reimburse you for return postage costs.

Defective / Dead on Arrival Factory Sealed Product with Manufacturer Warranty are not considered as our fault , We ship you Bran New Factory Sealed Product and if somehow same turns out to be Dead on Arrival  for some reason  then it is the  Manufacturer's Fault for which they may have Service Centers in your location where you can take them for Replacement or if you require our help / support, we shall be glad to  help you replace these products but shall not  bear the return shipping costs for such products. You would ship the defective item to us at your Cost and we shall get same replaced and shall bear one way Return Shipping it back to you.

Please ensure that all damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

What happens if the Product goes Defective after these 7 Days are Over ?

We belive in providing all possible help to our Valued Customers in every way we can , For Defective Products, even after these 7 Days are over OR If you do not have a Manufacturer's Service Center around your Location , then you can send us an Email , and we will help you with the Replacement of the same.

 Can you Cancel Order and Return a Product that you No Longer Need / Want ?

Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the dispatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.

Cancellations may be communicated by telephone and email only.

   Yes, you can simply Return a Product back to us within 5-7 Days of Receipt,
